You are my only saviour!

When a delicate body part such as an eye gets hurt, a person tends to experience restlessness or rather a sense of helplessness. If the eye, through which we see the world, dysfunctions, the plight of such a person can only be imagined. However, if one is protected by their Sadguru, the person may never lose their vision.
I was returning from school on my bicycle as per my daily routine a week before Holi, the festival of colours. All of a sudden, a boy threw a balloon filled with water at me. It hit my ear and burst open. The water then gushed into my eyes, blurring my vision. I was, therefore, not able to see the stone lying on the road before me. My cycle went over it; I lost my balance and fell on the road. But even as I stumbled and fell, I was continuously chanting Bapu's name.
The cycle's handle hit my eye, hurting it badly. It began to bleed, but I did not stop chanting Bapu's name.
Despite the presence of people around me, none came forward to help. At that time, due to Bapu's grace, an elderly lady offered to help. She asked me to ride pillion on her scooter and dropped me home. She called my elder sister home and then took me to the dispensary. Till I reached the clinic, I kept requesting Bapu not to let my eye suffer any severe injury.
At the clinic, the doctor examined me and gave me some medicines. It was because of Bapu's grace that my eye did not swell much. In the evening, my parents came to visit me. My mother embraced me and assured me that I should not be worried. Bapu is with us, she said. My mother made me sit in front of Bapu's picture, and I prayed to him. After that, my mother applied some Udi to the affected area.
The swelling in and around my eye subsided after that. I experienced immense relief in my eye, so much so that it almost appeared normal.
I believe that it was Bapu himself who came to my rescue and helped me in the form of that sisterly lady. Had I not been taken to the dispensary at the right time, I believe I could have lost sight in one of my eyes. All this happened due to Bapu's grace and intervention. 'Bapu, who else could ever be my saviour? My Bapuraya, you are simply great! Please shower your blessings over us at all times.’
