Aniruddha pournima
THE TRIPURARI POURNIMA i.e. THE ANIRUDDHA POURNIMA is the day of birth of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu– The One to whom millions address their faith. P.P. Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu was born on ‘Tripurari Pournima’, 18th November, 1956.
The day of the ‘Tripurari Pournima’ is indeed an auspicious day, a significantly sacred day because:
- It was the day when Lord Shiva, the parmatma slew the demon ‘Tripurasur’.
- It was the day when the arrow of Parshuram caused the sea water to ebb.
- It was on this day that Shree Hanumanta made open to the world, His heart – the fact that it was the dwelling of Shreeram, Laxman and Janaki.
- It was on this day that Lord Vitthal, i.e. Bal Krishna (the young Shreekrishna), who stood on a brick in the home of His bhakta Pundalik, stood as the idol that was installed on his (Pundalik’s) insistence.

Today was the day for which every Shraddhavan had once again waited extremely eagerly for over a year. Yes !!! It was ‘The occasion’ of celebration of Aniruddha Pournima. In the morning we all were ready and very eagerly waiting for Bapu to come. The scene was packed with Shraddhavans filling every corner of Shri Harigurugram and the roads and the grounds outside it. Shraddhavan Seva at Utsavs
Aniruddha Pournima is just round the corner. It is ‘The Utsav’ that all Shraddhavans await very eagerly for. It’s the day when Shraddhavans get to meet their Sadguru and that too on the occasion of his birthday. Along with the opportunity of having darshan of Bapu, Shraddhavans also get to perform the pious poojan of Shree Kiraatrudra, one of the Chandika putras. Hari Om Dear Friends, The parade just got over followed by aarti of Bapu. Thereafter Bapu visited the Garhane enclosure, offered dhoop, then offered abhishek on the idol of Ram, Lakshman and Sita amidst the chanting of Ramraksha Stotra and finally had darshan of Kiraatrudra. ll Hari Om ll Just a while ago Bapu blessed the Prasad to be sent to Shraddhavan Bhaktas located out of Mumbai, who had got the Kiratrudra Poojan performed by Shraddhavan Sevaks as they could not personally make it. Yet another instance of how Bapu loves and cares for His children!!! bapu
