Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram Ganeshotsav

Bapu did not come to Shree Harigurugram last evening (Thursday, 13th September 2012) and so, instructed me to make the announcements about the Shree Ganesh festival to be celebrated at His home, i.e. about the Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram Ganeshotsav. Bapu has very earnestly and affectionately invited all His Shraddhavaan friends to this celebration. Along with the darshan of Shree Ganesh at Bapu's home, all the Shraddhavaans will be blessed with the opportunity of the darshan of the Shree Moolarka Ganesh and of course like every year, that of the Svayamabhu Ganesh as well and that certainly is the highlight of the festival.
For every shraddhavaan Bapu-bhakta, to be blessed with the darshan of Shree Ganesh at Bapu's home is indeed a treat, a very special moment. As the Shree Saisachcharit says,
गुरुनाम आणि गुरुसहवास l गुरुकृपा आणि गुरुचरण पायस l
गुरुमंत्र आणि गुरुगृहवास l महत्प्रयास प्राप्ती ही l
(The name of the Guru and His intimate company; the grace of the Guru and the sacred and blessed milk washed off His feet and so sweetened; the Gurumantra and living or being in the Guru's home – are all rare privileges and attainments of arduous effort.)
What we need to note here is, that the 'Guru-gruhavaas' (being in the Sadguru's own home) comes only at the end of the third segment of this verse. No doubt all that the verse talks about stands to be attained only after onerous effort but the opportunity to step into the Sadguru's home and be there, is indeed the rarest and the most difficult proposition of all. And here, our Sadguru Bapu has opened it up for all the Shraddhavaan Bapubhaktas! He has made the opportunity available for each Shraddhavaan bhakta and so easy at that! Now it is up to us, to make the most of this golden chance.
The programme schedule of the Shree Ganesh festival at Bapu's home will be as follows:
1) Tuesday, 18-9-2012 – the day of Hartalika i.e. the day before Shree Ganesh Chaturthi.
The welcome procession: Begins at 5:00 pm at 'Amarsons', Bandra. A wonderfully unique procession, many Shraddhavaan bhaktas join in in this procession every year.
2) Wednesday, 19-9-2012 – the day of Shree Ganesh Chaturthi, i.e. the 1st day of the Ganesh Festival:
Shree Ganesh poojan: 9:00 am onwards
Darshan: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
The Maha-aarti : 9:00 pm
3) Thursday, 20-9-2012 - The day of Rishi Panchami, i.e. the 2nd day of the Ganesh Festival:
Darshan : 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
4) Friday, 21-9-2012 - The 3rd day of the Ganesh Festival:
Darshan: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
The punarmilap procession begins: between 4:00 and 4:30 pm
