Shraddhavan Seva at Utsavs

Aniruddha Pournima is just round the corner. It is ‘The Utsav’ that all Shraddhavans await very eagerly for. It’s the day when Shraddhavans get to meet their Sadguru and that too on the occasion of his birthday. Along with the opportunity of having darshan of Bapu, Shraddhavans also get to perform the pious poojan of Shree Kiraatrudra, one of the Chandika putras.

For all the major Utsavs organized by Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation, Shri Aniruddha Upasana Trust and sister organizations, Shraddhavans get an opportunity to perform various holy and sanctified poojans e.g. Shree Sai Sat Poojan on the day of Ram Navami, Trivikram Poojan during Shree Gurupournima Utsav and Shree Yantra Poojan on day of Shree Dhanlaxmi Utsav during Diwali.

Most of the Shraddhavans, who visit these Utsavs, make it a point to perform these poojans which have their own spiritual significance. But at times, due to professional and personal engagements, health issues and also for outstation Shraddhavans it becomes difficult to perform these poojans despite their eagerness.

But all of us know that Bapu is an unending ocean of love and compassion. With this love and care for his Shraddhavan friends, the idea of performing these Poojans for those who cannot perform it personally came into being during the ‘Shree Chandika Prasannotsav’ held in the year 2011. Since then this idea has really been a lifeline for Shraddhavans who miss out at Utsavs.

‘Shraddhavan Seva’ is performed by a group of Karyakarta Sevaks on behalf of such Shraddhavans who are unable to attend the Utsavs or who are unable to perform the poojans personally, though present. Shraddhavans may send their relatives or friends for performing poojan on their behalf. Alternatively, Shraddhavans residing within and outside Mumbai (in India as well as abroad) can also submit their names to their respective Central Centres’ Co-ordination Committee (CCCC) personnel for availing facility of Poojan to be performed on their behalf.

Arrangements are made for the prasad to reach such Shraddhavans, for whom the poojan is performed. Also in cases where a relative or a friend of the Shraddhavan is present on his behalf, the prasad is handed over to him.

I am sure, under the holy guidance of Param Poojya Sadguru Shri Aniruddha Bapu,we will take more steps and strides to make Utsavs more comfortable and friendly for all Shraddhavans friends.
