August 2019

From the Editor's Desk

Hari Om Friend,

The last month brought with it the pious period of Shree Gurucharanmaas. We witnessed the celebration of the Ashadhi Ekadashi and Shree Gurupournima during the period.

On the occasion of the Ashadhi Ekadashi, thousands of Shraddhavans paid a visit to Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram and offered Tulsipatra to the Trivikram Linga, as a symbol of their adoration.

The Shraddhavans also fondly attended and participated in the Gurupournima Utsav organised by Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation on 21st July 2019. During this holy period, Sadguru Shree Aniruddha held the Dattayag twice at his residence.

All the Shraddhavans got the golden opportunity of availing the Udi from the Dattayag at the Gurupournima Utsav.

Aniruddha Bhaktibhav Chaitanya

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

Sadguru Aniruddha has already introduced us to the Bhaktibhav Chaitanya or the Devotion Sentience. Moreover, this year is a significant one for all Shraddhavans as the grand event of satsang – the ‘Aniruddha Bhaktibhav Chaitanya’, will be organized on 31st December 2019. This satsang will be a high point in the Devotion Sentience where the Abhangas composed on Sadguru Shree Aniruddha will be performed live in His presence. Every Shraddhavan is eagerly waiting to be a part of this event and get immersed in the Bhaktibhav Chaitanya. The passes will also be available at Shree Harigurugram on Thursdays.

The recent Gurupournima marked the release of the entry passes of the programme. Earlier, Shraddhavans had witnessed the release of two albums from the ‘Pipasa’ series - a compilation of Abhangas composed on Sadguru Shree Aniruddha. These two albums are among the stepping stones in the journey towards the grand satsang.

Web-series on Aniruddha Devotion Sentience

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

To explain the Supreme Personality of Godhead – that is the Swayambhagwan Trivikram, Sadguru Shree Aniruddha had authored a series of editorials under the title ‘Tulsipatra’. This series went on for a long time. In the meanwhile, to explain to the Shraddhavans these editorials in more detail, weekly discussions on the editorials are held at the Happy Home Head Office every Saturday after the Upasana. These discussions are recorded and are now released one by one in the form of a web-series on Aniruddha Devotion Sentience. You can watch them here - https://aniruddha-devotionsentience.com/tulsipatra-agralekh-sanvad

Kathamanjiri series

Furthermore, after the Tulsipatra editorial series, Bapu has begun with the ‘Kathamanjiri’ series, another crucial epic. It will again link us with and explain to us the Devotion Sentience and acquaint us with another part of real Indian history unknown to us.

Aniruddha's Institute of Sports & Bonsai Sports

The subject of ‘Sports’, in fact, the ‘Bonsai Sports’ is a part of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha’s concept of the Ramrajya. He has talked at length about the benefits of playing outdoor games and sports. This month, on 7th July, a collective event of Aniruddha's Institute of Sports & Bonsai Sports was organised at Shree Harigurugram.

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

This was a combined event of all the Upasana Centres across the Western Zone in which 132 Shraddhavans participated in total, including 59 female Shraddhavans, 51 male Shraddhavans, and 22 Shraddhavan children. This has been 2nd event of the sorts for the Western Zone.

The uniqueness of ‘Bonsai Sports’ is that there is no barrier of age, and hence, people of all ages participate in it. It helps them stay fit and also diminishes the generation gap.

AADM seva at Pandharpur

The Aniruddha's Academy of Disaster Management (AADM) on the occasion of Ashadhi Ekadashi 2019 carried out the Crowd Management Seva (Devotional Service) at Pandharpur, Maharashtra on 11th and 12th July 2019.

The dedication and determination of the Disaster Management Volunteers (DMV) of AADM helped achieve this herculian task of managing about 15 to 16 lakhs Varkari who flocked from various corners of Maharashtra to obtain one glance (Darshan) of their beloved Vitthuraya.

Maintaining their calm, the DMVs of AADM comforted and guided the devotees wherever required. It is this calmness and presence of mind that helped avoid incidents of stampede multiple times.

This is the result of the guidance and teachings of our Sadguru Shree Aniruddha that are inculcated in all the DMVs.

The Inspector General of Police at Pandharpur as well as the local administration acknowledged the efforts taken by AADM and also expressed their gratitude.

What made AADM’s seva special was the presence of HAM (Amateur Radio) Activity at the time of seva. It played a vital role while communication of AADM seva coordinators as the no of people and nature of terrain placed limitations on mobile and walkie talkie communication.

These Ham Sets worked even in the areas where walkie talkie communications failed and we achieved seamless communication which helped proper coordination of the seva.

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

The Ham DMVs were present right from the start of seva i.e. Day 1 – 11th July and were present until the last DMV finished their seva on 2nd day i.e. 12th July. This itself highlighted the importance of Ham Radio in emergency communications.

Important Upcoming Event >> Shree Mahadurgeshwar Prapatti

In 2010, Sadguru Shree Aniruddha talked about observing Prapatti during his Ramrajya speech. He mentioned about the projects that would allow establishing Ramrajya on a personal, domestic and social level. Furthermore, Bapu advised to perform certain upasanas and also follow certain spiritual practices personally. It included the Prapatti for both men as well as women.

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

Shree Mahadurgeshwar Prapatti, the one for men, is held on Mondays in the month of Shravan. Bapu had said, “The word ‘Prapatti’ simply means ‘surrender such that averts adversity or misfortune.’ Sharnagati means surrendering yourself to Aadimata Chandika and her son, the Trivikram. He had also said that the Prapatti makes every man and woman valiant soldiers in their worldly and spiritual life.”
