December 2019

From the Editor's Desk

Hari Om Friend,

Time flies in a snap! We are only a few weeks away from witnessing the mega satsang, ‘Aniruddha Bhaktibhav Chaitanya’. Preparations are ongoing for this grand event on a large scale.

The month of November is peculiarly special for every Shraddhavan, as it is the month of the birthday of our dear Sadguru Shree Aniruddha, who was born on the pious occasion of Tripurari Pournima.

All of us Shraddhavans, fondly celebrate this occasion known to us as the Aniruddha Pournima.

An Utsav is organized at Shree Harigurugram followed by the Sadguru Paduka Pradan Sohla.

This year, 72 newly authorized Upasana Centres have been bestowed with Shree Sadguru’s Padukas.

Shree Aniruddha Pournima and Sadguru Paduka Pradan Sohla

The Aniruddha Pournima is the day of the birth of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha – the one to whom millions address their faith. Sadguru Shree Aniruddha Bapu was born on ‘Tripurari Pournima’, 18th November 1956.

Numerous Shraddhavans visited Shree Aniruddha Gurukshetram to offer Bilva Patra and holy water to Swayambhagwan Trivikram on the occasion of Tripurari Pournima.

Besides, a grand devotion-filled function was held at Shree Harigurugram. Shraddhavans who attends the function look forward to the extraordinary moment - the darshan of the Sadguru, which he or she cherishes forever. Every Shraddhavan longs for the darshan, love and grace of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha.

Just one look of his, which is overflowing with love and grace, fills their lives with light – the soothing and gentle light that the bhaktas believe will wipe out all darkness. Memories of these moments keep turning every day, every moment of their life into Aniruddha Pournima.

The Paduka Pradan Sohla followed the Aniruddha Pournima, wherein the authorized Upasana Centres were bestowed with new Padukas.

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

Shraddhavans from the Upasana Centres across the globe gathered at Shree Harigurugram and immersed thoroughly in the Sadguru Bhaktibhav Chaitanya by dancing to their heart’s content to the gajars composed on Sadguru Shree Aniruddha!

Some enjoyed watching everyone dance; some danced in groups, some danced by themselves. Everyone, nonetheless, got immensely drenched in the Sadguru Bhaktibhav Chaitanya!

Shree Vaibhav Lakshmi Poojan Utsav

In the month of Margashirsha, the paramount of sanctity, Shraddhavans also observe the ‘Vaibhavlakshami Vrat’. Goddess Vaibhavlakshami is the Chetana Shakti - the vital force of Bhagwan Mahavishnu. It is Her, who is the Srividya- the basis of the Mahavishnu’s Karya!

The existence of Goddess Lakshami is assured at the Lotus Feet of Parmatma, which means She resides and grants bliss wherever the Lotus Feet of the Parmatma Mahavishnu are worshipped.

As there is but one principle to follow, which is ‘Purity is the only decisive norm’, the five attributes that appeal to Goddess Lakshami are cleanliness, hard work, patience, Bhakti, and donation at virtuous places.

The Vaibhavalakshmi Pooja Ceremony is thus, celebrated at Shree Kshetra Juinagar with great enthusiasm every year. This festival is celebrated on every Friday of the month of Margashirsha. Shraddhavans participate in this poojan in large numbers.

The Vaibhavalakshmi festival which is celebrated at Shree Kshetra Gurukul Juinagar is an Utsav of the Bhaktibhav Chaitanya - the everlasting Devotion Sentience for every Shraddhavan.

Pipasa 5 Launch and Aniruddha Bhaktibhav Chaitanya Mega Satsang

We are only a few days away from witnessing the mega satsang event, Aniruddha Bhaktibhav Chaitanya, which is on 31st December 2019. Sadguru Shree Aniruddha introduced us to the concept of ‘Bhaktibhav Chaitanya’ more than a year ago. Shree Aniruddha emphasizes that to get totally enamoured by the Naam (name), Roop (form), Guna (attributes and qualities) of the Sadgurutattva (the principle that is the Sadguru) and recalling them time and again is the ‘Sadguru Bhaktibhav Chaitanya’ (Devotion Sentience).

The simplified gateway to get immersed in the Sadguru Bhaktibhav Chaitanya is to listen and enjoy the Abhangas composed on the Sadguru that elaborate and convey the glory of His Naam, Roop and Guna. Bhaktibhav Chaitanya is to get drenched cherishing the everlasting glory of the Sadguru, to sing the name of the divine and let the purest waves of emotion and love towards Sadguru flow at all times - whenever and wherever possible!

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

On 21st November 2019, at Shree Harigurugram, abhangas from the ‘Pipasa 5’ album were played live in the presence of Sadguru Shree Aniruddha, alongside Hindi compositions from the ‘Goonj Uthi Pipasa - Part 1’ album. The Pipasa-5 album was later released on the Aniruddha Bhajan Music app. Earlier, the albums, Pipasa 3 and Pipasa 4 have been released on 25th October 2019 and 10th January 2019 respectively.

Every Shraddhavan got thoroughly immersed in the Sadguru Bhaktibhav Chaitanya while enjoying these abhangas being played live with orchestra and the best sound system! Every Shradddhavan personally connected with the Sadguru through them. Everyone felt the waves of emotion pass through them with every Abhanga sung.

The immensity of the Bhaktibhav Chaitanya, the celebration of pure love of Shraddhavans towards the Sadguru is what one can expect to witness in the upcoming event - the Mahasatsang Sohla – Aniruddha Bhaktibhav Chaitanya on 31st December 2019!

Blood Donation Camp

Sadguru Shree Aniruddha always encourages his Shraddhavan friends to indulge in selfless service towards the society and one of the most significant is donating blood. In the Shreemad Purushartha Grantharaj, Sadguru Shree Aniruddha writes that one of the nine sacred drops that make the Parmatma happy is the blood donated to a fellow human in need.

Last month, we organized blood donation camps at many of our Upasana Centres across the state of Maharashtra. A large number of our Shraddhavan friends happily participated and contributed to this noble cause. The details of the same are as follows:

Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation

Pali Medical and Healthcare Camp

Like every year, Shree Aniruddha Upasana Foundation organised the Pali Medical and Healthcare Camp in Sudha Gadh Taluka in Pali. 1,122 Students from the schools in the villages of Chive, Padsare and Wavloli attended and benefited from this healthcare and medical camp. We had teams of 29 doctors and paramedics, and a total of 148 volunteers, including a few from our CSR team, and local volunteers for assistance.
